Conditions of Hire (No Longer Available)

Proof of Age & ID required

To sign the Hire Agreement the hirer must be 18 years old or over.

Payment

Payment in Advance

Payment by EFTPOS, Credit Card, Direct Deposit or cash only will be accepted before equipment leaves the Sound Solution premises.

Hire Agreement

A binding Legal Document

The Hire Agreement must be signed by the hirer on receipt of equipment to be hired. The onus is on the hirer to read the hire agreement in full and to honour that agreement.

Discounts

Discounts for Long Term Hires Only

A reduced rate of hire will apply only after the hirer has hired the equipment for more than 8 weeks. At which time the agreed rate of discount will come into effect.

Donations & Sponsorship

Authorised Donations Only

Sound Solution gives some donations/sponsorhips to authorised orgainsations in kind throughout the year. However, the organisation must pay the hire costs in full then Sound Solution will pay the donation in full on receipt of a tax invoice with the organisations letter head and ABN number.

Pickups

Pickup on the Day

For an overnight hire pickups are after midday and before closing on the day of hire or by prior arrangement.

Returns

Return before Midday

Returns are after 10am and before midday or by prior arrangement. A late fee will apply for late returns
